Gone Downhill

We stayed here last year and it was wonderful, I put up a great review at the time. This year, however I feel it's gone downhill. Our initial room the AC/heating wasn't working at all. The manager did change our room when he realised I was telling the truth and he couldn't get it working. The door on the shower cubicle was hard to open & close and was almost coming off the track. I feel the management and overall running of the motel has gone off.

By far the worst hotel I’ve been to

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place to anyone I got there yesterday. I dropped my bags off. I went and picked up my dinner after paying for my room when I got back to my room and started to get undressed to have a shower. I realise there was mould all through the shower. I had no blanket on my bed nor did I have heating the mould on the outside is actually way worse than the inside. I will attach a few photos. I feel sorry for anyone that has to breathe in the mould and the gentleman won’t even give me a refund even though I’ve proven that the room was unbelievable and he didn’t even give me my security bomb back. I didn’t sleep in the bed. I didn’t use the shower and I didn’t even use the toilet,

The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇

Sadly they left an unnecessary and blood stained wheelchair in the room.
We couldn’t stay long so left the keys on the lockbox and messaged the receptionist via phone
