Great Stay, will be back!

Amazing and accomodating staff who were super friendly on arrival.
Rooms were clean and the brewery downstairs had great food with some pretty good food and drink specials. ($6 beers!!)
Discounts at the bottleshop didn't hurt either! ;)

absolutely false advertising adn Disability UNFRIENDLY

This was simply dreadful. On booking I was assured that the property was accessible and had reserved parking sport per room for the twin room booking price. Neither was true. leaving with major issues on arrival. I have a major respiratory condition adn need an accessible venue. Once I got there i was greeted with no parking at all and several flights of steep stairs. The staff were unable to do anything to support me - although one women did help me with taking a bag up. I was unable to secure other accommodation at such late notice and the false advertising was appalling. Then when I get into my room there is a air-conditioner that is literally a waterfall of dripping cascading water onto the floor and no way to open a window or bring in fresh air aside from the air conditoner. The conditioner remained in this state throughout my stay despite the fact staff knew it was broken.
I know it was a cheap option, I didn't have a lot of money, but it should be at least what was advertised.
I tried leaving this review on booking.com where i booked the room but it did not allow me to post a poor review!
