pet friendly, great owner
Pet friendly. You just can't have pet on bed... Owner was amazing. She gave my car dunnas for protection from potential hail. That is high service! It is good value too. Close to the beach. I would like to return.

BAD MANAGEMENT BY OWNER PETA
standing up to her disrespect. The rooms are nice however cochroaches live here too mould in the aurcon tht caused me an asthmas attack and they lack servicing your room if your longterm. I agreed to approach her about the aircon however uncomfortable with her behaviour she displays we lived with it. Mark is respectable, well serviced, respectfully spoken however with Peta by his side he fails to keep the motel a comfortable, safe and inviting place to be because Peta lacks customer service skills & vulnerability training and is a risk to anyone wishing to stay here. Today Peta decided to approach me with an attitude which is sad because I would have done her job serviced her room.and ensured to hand her keys to her respectively but because she has had it in for my family since our arrival and it was clear to me as a government body worker myself that this women discriminates against certain Nationalitys and if anyone wants to see video.evidence of all things spoken on above I have videos and photos of proof. Finally today was my finaly straw she didn't like my family enjoying pool time so she approached them and started to attack them we were use to her behaviour by this stage but we ageeed as a family ti stand up to her today so jer final.call was to.kick us out and call police because she finally realised she lost the fight and she slammed the gate into my partners face and told him to get the F out of her premises she no longer wants us there and proceeded to attack me..shes unprofessional she breeched my privacy and a neighbour has had to watch this unfold with little children around..humiliating to my family but now Peta has become forceful and assaulting. Why did we write this review because we are diligent people we have our upd and downs but Peta doesnt deserve to be apart of the business world and she has finally attacked the wrong person needs to be held accountable! DONT STAY HERE - ITS MORE TROUBLE THEN PARADISE TRUST ME

Nice and clean and friendly . But couldn't stay again . Aching hips and legs . The worst bed you will ever sleep in . If the beds were updated it would be good . Close to everything which is great . But aching body when I woke up

Very unhygienic
Very rude and nosy owner, no privacy would not recommend to anyone to stay their, rooms are very poor stranded the air con is located in the bathroom not very hygienic to stay in at all. The cups had coffee stains the utensils were dirty and not clean very poor stranded.

Good value and dog friendly too
We have stayed here a few times because it suits us and our old doggy. The last time we had unit 1 and found it to be very comfortable. Nice queen size bed with soft white sheets. There are double bunks as well. The bathroom works well and the shower is fine.. plenty hot water. There is an aircon which works well too. The rooms are always spotless. A bit too much air freshner is my only issue.
The pool looks clean and inviting. The couple who run it are friendly and helpful. What more could you want? Its good value for money, clean and comfortable. We'll be back!
