NO FUSS HOLIDAY...

We love the location the amenities and of course the Service. We are heading back again this year 2026.. For the most relaxing warm getaway anyone could expect.

Disappointing

Apartment was dirty and outdated, double bed mattress in main bedroom was sagging, old and in urgent need of replacement, after one night with no sleep and back pain we had to sleep in kids beds the 2nd night to get some sleep.
Outdoor furniture was old and filthy dirty, lounge sofa upholstery is broken down and long past its use by date and unable to sit on.
Floors in apartment were sticky and dirty, ants and insects in kitchen and apartment.

Kitchen was equipped but basic. Room could be updated, looking a little tired. Blinds don't keep out morning light.
Check in was difficult, had to be done online. I am an older person not good with technology, I was not offered any assistance from reception staff, eventually my husband worked it out.
Best part about this property was the view and position.

We had requested a walk in shower which was provided, with grab rails beside the toilet, which was idea for my mobility challenged spouse. Our room (17th floor) overlooked the pool and tennis court, with distant views of the Tweed River and ocean beyond. There is a single split system air conditioner in the dining room, and ceiling fans in all rooms which kept the room temperature pleasant.
