Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 9 or more nights. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘Schoolies Week’ period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The accommodation at Ultra Broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note that all Visa and Mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 1.5% and 3% for all Amex bookings. Please note that renovations are currently taking place on the upper floor. While there will be no noise disturbances, guests may notice protective padding in elevators and tradespeople moving through common areas during the day.
