Great location...Breakfast was basic but very convenient. Overall i was very impressed with this motel and would easily recommend or stay there again. Price was exceptionallly good.

Bugdet accommodation friendly staff

We had an appointment at RNSH and we found this hotel online, the room was very clean and tidy, the price was so reasonable we will reccommend this hotel to friends and family

Clean and tidy room. 7 minute flat walk to Royal North Shore Hospital. Did not have the breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning. Staff lovely. Have stayed here many times.

Correctional facility would be a better stay

Pretty sure I’d have a better stay in a prison cell. Upon arrival there was no parking and I was told to park out the front as I drove a large van and I could park there for the rest of my stay as I have a spinal injury and children. I went to quickly get groceries for my children, they’d given the same deal to another van which hasn’t moved in 3 days.
After I finally got my kids and groceries to the room I opened the fridge to pack it all away, found it filled with mould and rotted food which had fused itself to the freezer.
I complained and the female manager was not going to do anything about it until I said I wouldn’t of even booked this hell-hole, I have $120 pf groceries here seriously you can find me another one seeing as you’re incapable of cleaning it. Gave an excuse that she’d ordered more fridges and nothing she could do so I kept pushing til she finally whipped the phone out and found some empty rooms to check.
The breakfast buffet is literally 2 types of cereal, crappy shelf milk and stale bread to make toast out of.
The floors have barely been vacuumed, there’s mould all over the place and the bathroom smelled of excrement from the moment we walked in.
I wouldn’t even house my worst enemy here, this place has truly destroyed our time away. When you ask for a refund they brush you off to the person on the next shift and take absolutely no accountability whatsoever.

The room was so small, we paid $159 a night. And you coulnt move with 2 people. You walked in the door and nearly fell ober the bed
The shower was small that you could hardly turn around breakfast was cook your own toast, fruit wasnt fress. Will not go there again
