Conveniently located next to an Aldi supermarket and a KFC branch, this motel is permeated with the aroma of KFC. No problems. Everything was fine.

Good room, but not well maintained

Location - good, convenient.
Bed comfortable.
Pillows too soft.
Bathroom & toilet - clean and spacious.
Car park - worst with a rude housekeeper staff. Leaking water on our front room, which is a hazard, OHS issue, which ignores. Accidents waiting to happen.
Kitchen - good size however very dirty cupboards, stove, half eaten apple and wire in the cupboards. Stove and Oven very dirty and disgusting, rusted oven tray, which my family couldn't use to warm up our frozen pizza. Family room with only 2 plates and 2 plates and no spoon.
Very disappointing!! No dish washing paste and sponge to wash the dirty dishes. And they have a sign on the wall, threatening customers to keep the room clean at all times, with no cleaning chemicals and already disgusting, dirty kitchen.
We did also took lots of photos as well, as a proof on our review in booking.com

Cheapskate for their on profit , poor service ,

The advice , better sleep in the instead offend wasting money on the room full of bed bug , dirty area and expensive , rude customer service, owner using room for enjoying drinking with friend and then let customer stay without cleaning it

The bedside lighting did not work and the aircon shut down within seconds of being switched on. On reporting it to reception my wife received a brash response of "how can you report this 5 minutes before my shift is finishing - I do not have time to call an electrician". We asked for a new room, but were told that all were occupied only to be handed a key at 7.30 the next morning for us to move into a perfectly clean unoccupied room by the lady on duty.
