A great location and the buggy was great to get around the island. The oven/ grill did not work and the place seemed a bit tired needing a few repairs. Overall we had a good stay as a family of 4.

Great location and Edge pool is fantastic. Property could use a deep clean but tidy enough. Overall enjoyed and would stay again.

Shorelines 24 is SUPERB!

My Wife and I stayed in Shorelines 24 from Monday 26th May until Saturday 1st of June. 24 was simply gorgeous. Clean, tidy, spacious and the view from the top balcony was breathtaking. We copped the sunset over the island right in the centre of our balcony view so no need to take the included buggy up to one tree hill for the sunset. We made use of the Weber Q on the balcony and it’s the perfect spot to see the boats coming back in from the reef whilst the sunset tours went out. Also a great view of the 3 daily flights that land on Hammo each day. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful self contained accomodation. The buggy included was a private buggy done up with Porsche decals which was a bit of fun as tourists on the island commented that it must be an expensive set of wheels We made good use of the included water sports on Catseye and went kayaking and took the catamarans out a few times. Also the shorelines pool and edge pool too. We already want to book Shorelines 24 for our next getaway. It is privately owned though so availability might be a struggle and down to owners discretion. We’ve always stayed at Beach Club on Hammo but 24 trumped it and in a big way!

Apt 22dated, unloved and lacking expected amenity

Shorelines 18 is very dated and missing basic amenities expected of a self-contained apartment (eg no clothes horse to dry clothes, no dustpan and broom, etc). Everything done on the cheap, unloved, and even dirty on arrival. We were part of a group of 4 families - and the comparison to shorelines 22, 26, and 14 were stark. Incredibly disappointing. Should have been a lot cheaper than these other apartments that had been updated, and came with some of the expected inclusions. Very disappointing.

Terrible, terrible accommodation & buggy experience

Stayed in Shorelines apartments and it was very dirty, there was dirt and sand on the floors it didn't seem as though it had been vacuumed, the walls and doors were filthy and covered in scuffs and dirty prints, mould and water damage, there were badly patched up holes in the walls, and then a huge open hole in the wardrobe ceiling of the bedroom. The wifi is also not great unless you're sitting next to the modem.
The accommodation included buggy hire, which we drove very carefully, so were very shocked to receive an email from the front office saying that we'd hit a curb and damaged the front tyre and axel - which we definitely did not. There is no way that we could prove we didn't do this and zero options to challenge this in any way because we signed a contract and the damage was not something we could take a photo of to prove otherwise. We've had to pay over $500 for something we didn't do, it was an awful experience, absolutely will never return to Shorelines (Hamilton Island Holiday Homes) or Hamilton Island.
