Amazing, would stay again

we travelled to Hervey Bay from Sydney for Christmas with my sister and family, so happy we choose Grange for our time there. we booked a 2-bedroom townhouse and got number 35. We were greeted by Alison who was amazing after a long drive and explained the complex, pool, bins, parking etc. very smoothly. Number 35 has living downstairs - with 2 awesome recliner couches and a large kitchen. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a separate bathroom - all rooms had air conditioners and whilst the bathrooms are dated the water pressure was amazing.
We didn't get to use the pool area and swim up bar as we spent most days at my sisters or sigh seeing. Grange Resort is an easy walk to the Pier and the beach front.

Great location

Perfect place for the two of us and little dog for a mini break ,very private and relaxing . Everything you may need is available ,clean and tidy ,helpful friendly managers.

The perfect winter getaway destination

Having spent 8 weeks last year at The Grange. We returned this year for 6 weeks. Once again our stay was nothing short of perfect. The Grange is a well run resort. It’s close proximity to the jetty is the icing on the cake 10/10

3 bedroom unit was perfect for our needs

There are 41 units at this resort.
We stayed in pet-friendly unit 9 in Dec 2024. Modern 3 bedroom unit, with 3 levels.
King-sized bedroom on the top floor has ensuite with full sized bath and shower plus generous walk-in wardrobe. 2 bedrooms on 2nd level, plus bathroom, balcony and TV nook with sofa bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned. TV nook is not.
2 lock-up garages. We had a third car and it could only be parked outside, directly in front of the double garage.
Ground floor is air conditioned, with a well stocked kitchen, dining area seats 6, and lounge area seats 5. Outdoor dining in private courtyard seats 7. No barbecue. Appliances and air conditioners were all modern and worked well. Laundry with outside clothes line. Ground floor toilet was handy, and the unit has PLENTY of power outlets, which was appreciated. The pool area and small games room are clean and well maintained. The waterfall operates, when the swim-up bar is in operation. On-site managers are friendly and professional. 5 minute stroll to the ocean beach, at the end of the street. 10 minute walk to small shopping centre at the other end of the street. The whole complex is clean, quiet, well-run, and completely secured by cameras. We would definitely stay here again.
