Horrocks CP stay in June 2026
Great customer service from reception. Large caravan sites. Excellent wifi. Tourist travellers are situated away from permanent residents and there is no noise.

Friendly, clean, beautiful
This is one of the nicest caravan parks we have ever stayed at, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great vibe, great location, thank you!

Horrible customer service experience
Very disappointing experience with customer service.
We had a booking for 31 March but were forced to cancel due to a cyclone in Western Australia and major road closures — completely outside of our control. After cancelling through Booking.com, we were informed there would be no refund, so I called the caravan park to explain the situation.
The staff member I spoke with (Amber) was dismissive and lacked empathy. I was told the booking was non-refundable because the roads were “open from their end,” and was even asked how refunding us would help them financially. This response was quite shocking given the circumstances.
I requested to speak with a manager and was told they would say the same thing. I still have not received a callback.
What made this even more frustrating is that all other accommodation providers we had booked with were understanding and issued refunds due to the extreme weather event.
I understand cancellation policies exist, but some level of compassion and reasonable discretion in situations like this should be expected. Unfortunately, this experience came across as both inflexible and unprofessional.
Would not recommend based on customer service alone.

Quiet, neat and great beach access.
Turned up without a booking but the site was quiet ( maybe the impending cyclone had something to do with it!) so no problem getting a powered site. Lady at reception so helpful and gave us a quiet, sheltered slot to protect the tents. Great facilities- camp kitchen with all the gadgets you'll need and clean ablutions. Very well situated just a few mins walk to the beach. Camp shop has basic selection of food stuff and a good swap library. We only stayed a night but would definitely recommend!

Great park with friendly service
