positive surprise for us

The Contour Hotel was a really positive surprise:
Starting with the very service-oriented lady named Marguerita at the reception, who
booked us the boat trip in Nitmiluk National Park.
The Deluxe Cabin was big and clean, the bathroom a bit old,
it all worked, though. The Guest Laundry was in clean condition.
Especially worth mentioning is the restaurant, really very good cuisine with
good value for money. This is very important as it is in the surrounding
there are no significant alternatives.
Also the service in the restaurant was great.
Overall, the overall package was right, we would book again.

Big fence good.

Good because it is out of town and has large fence around the facility. Restaurant there which is very popular with bus tours. A bit dated but you are a long way from big places.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most

Our tour group arrived at the Contour Hotel after an extremely long and challenging day on the road, and the team could not have done more to make us feel welcome.
In the lead-up to our arrival, Margarita was fantastic, helping to coordinate with the kitchen and ensuring everything was ready despite the uncertainty around our timing. After many hours of travel and delays, that level of communication and flexibility was invaluable.
When we finally arrived late in the evening, Dion greeted us warmly and had our meals ready to go. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exactly what our weary travellers needed. It may seem like a small thing, but after a long difficult day, a friendly welcome and a quality meal can make all the difference and it certainly did for our group.
The professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality shown by the team turned what could have been a stressful end to the day into a very positive experience. Every member of our group commented on how much they appreciated it.
A sincere thank you from all of us at Casey Australia Tours. We look forward to returning and spending more time enjoying the hotel under less dramatic circumstances!
