The room was great being on the ground floor with easy access for disabled pensioner. Helpful staff. Warm room once heating kicked in. Parking excellent, just outside front door. Breakfast was supposed to be at Hotel Metropole but had finished serving at 8.40am so we missed out. Rooms could certainly do with an update, very 1970's vibe.

We booked the king spa room in winter, it included a bottle of wine and hot breakfast at the sister hotel 10 minute walk up the hill. Our stay was amazing, the staff were excellent, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was very handy. Plenty of local food to choose from, convenient location for Coles, Woolworths and Aldi, Plenty of shops to keep you busy for the day. Would definitely stay again, value for money.

If you plan on going to the blue Mountains for hiking, Coumba and this hotel are an excellent place to stay. I enjoyed my days there and the staff were very helpful. You can do laundry on the property for coins. It is a nice sizable apartment for this solo traveler.

Rooms are not all like the pictures.

Overall the stay was average. The bed was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was extremely old and needed a renovation yesterday. The location was great, and the breakfast included was great and was a short walk away to the sister hotel. Not all the rooms look like the pictures on line, ours was very dated.

Reception was very polite and check in was a breeze. Good on site parking. Great location. Breakfast at Metropole was disappointing and not worth the effort. Decor was a little dated.
