The staff were very friendly and helpful. The community kitchen is a great idea! We also enjoyed a game of chess in the lounge area, which is beautiful!

The only socket I could locate is on the opposite side of the bathroom.
There is no reachable socket around the desk. They left me a extension plug but that did not help.

Great hotel, nice decor.
Good location but sometimes a little noisy from planes overhead.
Worth a visit.

Everything is fine. Unfortunately, they don't have 24H reception. One day, the receptionist forgot to update my room key. When I came back and my key didn't work so I had to call 24H service counter to get a security to open the doors for me. If you want to have your room gets clean, you need to tell the reception by 9 am.

Bins in bathroom were not emptied from the last guest, I booked a single room and as a solo traveler was put in a family sized room which was very large and multi rooms / doors that I didn’t feel overly comfortable in. Front desk staff very welcoming but unable to change my room.
