Great position

Loved this place and the position was amazing and the staff very helpful , do yourself a favour and stay here the room was very spacious and well appointed

Underwhelming

Great location, terrible atmosphere, reception area is lifeless unless you create interaction with staff. Rooms are tired, need a refurb and the bed was of low quality and provided no back support. Overall well priced or location and proximity to my needs, black mould in shower recess was not expected similar to after hours construction noise until after 3am from building opposite. Service was hit and miss with glimpses of quality from Jason an Matthew. I had need for 24/7 parking by nature of my work and the option to use the nearby Wilson Parking multi-storey on Hindley Street was reasonably priced for hotel guests.

Fantastic Location

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. The location is central and fantastic. A street away from Rundle Mall, the tram is across the road, A short walk to cafes, restaurants and Central Market. The set up of the room was a 2 bedroom apartment with an interconnecting 1 bedroom apartment. The room was clean and tidy. Reception were very helpful. Housekeeping could do with a bit of an improve as we were not given fresh towels. We had to ask reception which they were able to provide. The bathroom however could do with a bit of renovation/clean as the shower had a build up of mold on the corners. However, overall it was an enjoyable stay

Have a car don’t stay here

Parking is not onsite if you have a car don’t stay in this hotel unless you like walking down a street that has strip clubs night clubs and drunk people as the car parking is down a very scary road in the city.

Pleasant Stay

Our room was very well appointed. Two bottles of water and a box of snacks were provided on the first day.
Everything was clean, very spacious. Very comfortable.
We had a room overlooking the main road. Yes, you can hear traffic, but it's in the heart of the city. Also an older building.
Very easy to catch a tram or bus from there. Literally around the corner, or out the front.
