Food was amazing

I enjoyed a scrumptious Nepalese chicken curry, and sticky date pudding - I'm very fussy when it comes to curries, so trust me when I say it was scrumptious! The lady that served us was lovely, and her little boy was a gem. The only thing I have to fault is the atmosphere, but that is easy to improve. They've got the food, and service nailed. They'll be seeing me again :)

Dated accommodation

A little disappointed with the hotel on the whole. The bed was clean and comfortable and provided somewhere to sleep while we were travelling. However we opted out of the shower since it was full of hair and dirty. The place is very dated and badly in need of renovation. Bathrooms are worn, very old furnishings in the room and dim lighting. Curtains are white and let in all the streetlight from outside. Trucks are quite noisy in the night as well as the pub downstairs. We stayed on a Sunday. Provision of fan heater and cooling fan was good though. Staff were friendly from the limited interactions. Probably best to avoid until it’s been updated.
