Lots of parking, staff are great and helpful, bar is great and so is the beer garden

Room and bathroom were both clean, bed was comfortable and don't forget to grab the blanket when you check-in outside well it would be a challenge to keep clean with partons of the pub using the same carpark as motel.
Whole place could use a bit of maintenance but doesn't impact on the room or your stay.
Staff behind the bar are great and easy to talk too.

Front door was jammed, an almighty shove got it open but I was unable to open it from the inside, husband got it done. Fire hazard!

Although a little dated, the room was clean, comfortable,
quiet ( think I was the only guest on the 2nd night?) and everything worked. Price was good.
Check in staff at the bar were courteous and helpful.
Downside was the door lock was very hard to open and had to ask for help on arrival. Was afraid of breaking the key off in the lock. Hopefully they have had it fixed after I left a note to housekeeping.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Kooyong Hotel.
Old style pub, good service, very friendly clientele sadly no food but otherwise great. Would certainly recommend it. Ample parking at rear, motel style accommodation, I have stayed overnight here, very clean but reasonable, no complaints whatsoever.
