Its a bed and shower. Dated decor concepts
30sec interaction with staff booking in was friendly. On busy main road with sirens noisy cars and motobiles. Next door tv could be heard even though it was very low. Booked through 3rd party and got the worst room, as they do. Room not serviced in the 5 day stay. Had to ask for clean towels and toitet paper. Not even a spoon in the room to stir a coffee. Needs a good deep clean in bathroom area with mineral build up around shower and basin area. Small area.
Breakfast/ restaurant area cheap furniture, no decor, stored goods visable. Breakfast had 1 choice of milk in a bottle, cheap margarine in a tub 2 flake cereals, 2 bread choices. Yes there was an auto pancake maker and malple flavoured syrup. Had to search for cutlery and crockery and clear away own table.
Beds were comfortable enough. 1st night was fully booked and hot water ran out at one stage. Recovered later. Ok for somewhere with a bed and shower for the night but would not choose to stay again

Great friendly service at a budget motel
Hi This is a budget hotel with very friendly service. The beds were good, the person who booked us in was very friendly and helpful. They open until like 8pm so we were able to book in late as we had a change of plans due to weather. We booked online at like 7.30pm and everything was ready to go when we turned up at like 7.45pm
There is a little restaurant or like eating area where you can have dinner, breakfast etc. I think the fee includes breakfast I have been told but we left early so not sure.
Was just adjacent to the shamrock Hotel which does also provide meals. There was a Fuel station on the other side which was a short drive or walk.
Thank you Rose Hotel for your friendly service after our nearly 700km drive it was a perfect overnight stop. Our friends also said they stay at your motel and they recommend to stay again.

The Rose Motel...isn't coming up roses for us...that's for sure!!
