Great spot, central to the city and shopping centre, rooms are comfortable and spacious with easy access from the undercover car park. Having travelled extensively both in Aus and overseas the only critical comment I have is the one key per apartment policy that is in place. Management must have a different viewpoint on what people do when on holidays??.

Disappointed

Upon checking in, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the room. There were major stains on the carpet of the main bedroom, furniture and walls were in poor condition. After providing this feedback the staff member was polite and took me to see another room however this room was 3 floors down and the “river view” that I had paid for was completely blocked by another building from this room.
Not long after check in, I received a knock on the door and it was someone from a realestate agency saying they have to do an inspection. There was no notice upon check in that this was occurring. The woman told me it was fortunate I answered the door as if I didn’t answer she would have automatically come in due to having a master key. This made me feel very uncomfortable as a Real Estate Agent entering a hotel room during a stay without notice is a serious breach of privacy and innkeeper laws.
There is no housekeeping for stays under 8 nights which I find extremely poor. No fresh linen, towels and no cleaning of the duration of our stay.
Overall I was dissatisfied with our stay and quite disappointed as the images shared on online do not accurately represent the rooms quality.

Well stocked spacious apartment with great view of the river. Conveniently positioned close to shopping centre. Modern appliances and well maintained. Minor issues were, strictly only one room access card allowed, which can be inconvenient with two people, and no shelves in the cupboard. Otherwise recommended.

Recommend extra keys for guests who have more than one person in their group.
Room was clean but furniture, walls , bathrooms all dated

The photos show a pool area suggesting that it has its own swimming pool, but it is near the local pool in town.
