VERY BAD
Negatives:
41 - No hot water at 4am - 6am.
25 - jets don't work in bath, villa lights wouldn't work from 4am to 7am.
35 - newly painted and updated but right next to main carpark, you can hear all customers coming and going all night.
34 - sliding window in lounge would not stay in frame, reported that day - wasn't repaired, window flew in during storm at 12am over couple sleeping in lounge, after hours number not responded to, customer had to sit there till 5am holding window due to rain and wind coming in room, finally repaired the day after.
32 - main room air con full of mould, shower head didn't hold up - had to rest against wall to be able to shower.
31 - air con same as 32.
All villas had max capacity sleepers, and all were only supplied with ONE toilet roll per room.
Had to ask for access to launderette at 5pm, which is locked all the time, filter in dryer overloaded, wasted $10 drying clothes for nothing. had to unload all camp washing out of machine.
No cameras overseeing security of villas.
Reception constantly never available - had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone. No one ever at desk.
Receptionist was late to check in at 2pm by 20 mins
The garden area has a beautiful view with a bbq - full of rat poo.
Footpath flooded right up to doorstep outside 32,33,34. bring gumboots during rain!

2x cleaning staff are nice and will help if they can.
Can't hear road traffic from these villas.
Location ideal for us.
At $700+ per villa, and all this to stress about over just a couple of days of booking Probably shouldn't waste your money!!! We had no compensation for any of our complaints, except for the 2 that the receptionist helped with on the 2 occasions, but the fact that checks are not being done prior to customer use is neglectful and disgusting.

It had a small trolley with wheels containing crockery etc,
I don't know why this was in the room and there was no table to eat anything from??
The small microwave was sitting on top of a small fridge...no shelf or cupboard
Had an old type 70's air conditioner in the wall that was extremely noisy
The worst of all the hot water has been turned down so low that the water temperature in the shower was NOT hot. Even with just the hot water tap on the water was cold. Obviously the management of this property are only interested in your $$'s and not comfort. ($194!!) If you can, go elsewhere, especially if you like a warm/hot shower.
