High Tea Exceptional Experience

HIgh Tea was exceptional. The price was fabulous, the service was fabulous, the piano player and large chandelier are fabulous, the food was fabulous, great atmosphere and interior designer needs to be congratulated, flowed brilliantly. Fabulous pool with sandy area and lots of cabanas. The Clover Hill wine @ $10 glass with high tea was a delight, very well priced. Staff were attentive.

Absolutely Breathtaking — The Staff, Rooms & Whole Resort Are Unreal

I have stayed at Imperial Hotel Gold Coast twice now, and honestly, it is unbelievable.
This is not just a hotel you stay at for one night and forget about. I have stayed here for weeks at a time. My first stay was around 2–3 weeks, and my second stay was around a week. On my second stay, I was upgraded to the Imperial Suite, and it was honestly incredible.
The whole resort is absolutely breathtaking. I usually stay in the Lagoon Suite, which is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has such a relaxing luxury feel to it. The style has that old-money, elegant vibe, and while some people might call it older in style, I actually think that is what makes it feel special. It feels grand, classy, and different from a normal modern hotel.
The Imperial Suite was on another level. Being upgraded to that made the stay feel even more special, and it really showed how much the staff care about making guests feel looked after.
The staff are honestly superb. Caiden, Sara and Christain were amazing and made my stays even better. Whatever I needed, if it was appropriate and possible, they were onto it straight away. I had a few issues during my stay, and the staff helped me solve them without making it stressful or difficult. That kind of service really stands out, especially when you are staying somewhere for more than just a couple of nights.
The rooms are beautiful, the resort is stunning, and the service is what makes it even better. It is definitely expensive, but in my opinion, you can feel why. It feels premium, elegant, relaxing, and like a proper luxury experience.
The location is also a massive win. You are close to Surfers Paradise, right across from the beach, and even Sea World is just down the street, which makes it super convenient, especially for families. It is one of those places where the resort itself is amazing, but you are also close to everything you would want on the Gold Coast.
Noise level was also great. Honestly, there was absolutely no issue with noise for me. It was peaceful and quiet. Of course, sometimes you may hear people talking loudly here and there, but that is completely normal and can happen anywhere. Overall, no real noise issues at all.
The food is also beautiful. Of course, you could go to a restaurant outside the hotel and sometimes find cheaper options, or maybe even something different, but the food here does not miss. Everything I had was genuinely so good, and it fits the whole experience of the resort perfectly.
I am hopefully going back again in November, and I already know I would stay here again. Imperial Hotel Gold Coast is expensive, yes, but it is absolutely worth it if you want a beautiful, relaxing and special stay. The rooms, the food, the atmosphere, the location and especially the staff make it an incredible experience.
Highly recommend.

Excellent stay and incredible staff

Our stay was memorable and excellent. The Italian decor was a strong feature but the real beauty of the stay was the experience created by the incredible team which helped make our stay deeply memorable. Especially Andrew at the front desk who went above and beyond.

Exceptional customer service

Wonderful stay, from start to finish! The place is great but the calibre of service from the staff is what really stood out for us! We are fortunate to travel often and to experience the excellent customer service over and over as we did made us feel really well looked after.
From being warmly greeted by Paul Head Consierge at the door, who has an impressive eye for detail and obvious pride in his work, to then checked in by friendly reception staff who knew everything we needed, served drinks perfectly by Deborah at the bar, excellent service by all waitresses at dinner (the seafood chowder entree was superb!) and very well looked after each morning by the breakfast team (perfectly cooked soft boiled egg, Thank you). Check out by Paris and Christian was smooth, warm and friendly!
The whole building is impressive, foyer, outside lagoon, day beds and beautiful gardens. The room (ours was a king lagoon pool view) was lovely, comfy bed, great pillows and spacious. Lovely thick robes, soft towels and nice quality soaps and lotions). Bedroom staff were smiling and greeted us warmly. One suggestion, brighter lighting in the bathroom would have been helpful otherwise everything was just right!
We have already booked to return 3 nights in Dec, just so we can book one of those fab day beds and spend more time in this lovely place. So many options on Gold Coast, but if you want all the goodies and high quality of service this is the place to stay
Thank you all, highly recommend. Sam and Dom
