Fantastic self-contained apartments close to amenities

Loved coming back here. All the aspects which I enjoy in accommodation for work- clean, tidy, self-sufficient, close to amenities (shops), and a small gym to boot! Quiet streets and quiet within the accomodation such that I don’t hear the tv or people chatting next door, or slamming doors. Most people seem to be corporate residents so there’s more sense of respect and safety (unlike some places I’ve stayed at).
Things I enjoyed - full-size fridge, even for this small studio. Stainless steel (not plastic) kettle. Quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and hand wash). There are even plenty of wooden hangers! (Worth a mention because sadly, this isn’t common). This ticks all the boxes for work accommodation. Being a newer residence certainly helps, as many of the lesser accommodation I’ve stayed at, is old and run-down.
Great internet speed and connectivity.
Enjoyed my stay. This is my top pick for accommodation in and around Maitland!
Main downside- car park is tight! And also an additional $20 per night.

Netball Team stay

We booked this accommodation for a netball team carnival and had a very positive experience. From the initial enquiry through to confirming the booking, the staff were communicative, responsive, and extremely helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble, and every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. The level of service made the entire process easy and stress-free.

We had an exceptionally enjoyable stay. The room was clean, well-appointed and the toiletries were of superior quality. Located right on the shopping strip and pet-friendly to boot!

I could only find a very small bin in the bathroom. Another bin in the main room would have been good.
I found the TV set up too hard for a senior person to use
