Disappointing

Disappointing that there was broken furniture on the patio which was also covered in sand when we arrived. Each time we tried to use the pool, we were told it was closed due to works being done on the roof of the building near it. We were not told the pool would be closed and it soured our trip completely. Shame because the rest of the apartment and facilities were quite good although the lounge and rug desperately needed cleaning. Beware, also that the apartment is a walk up which we also not told about.

Avoid!!

Disgraceful & rude behaviour from a male staff member towards my 24yo daughter last night, who had travelled alone from Perth arriving at night, she had booking confirmation paperwork and was treated with total hostility and told she did not have a booking and sent out in a strange place in the dark. He continued to be rude when it was followed up this morning and he was in the wrong, yet still no apology from anyone at this “resort”.

Had rooftop 3 bedroom. Was good and enjoyed the unit. There was no wifi available for our room which couldn’t be sorted

The grounds, bbq & pool areas were great as was proximity to the beach

We stayed in Unit 10, it was nothing short of disgusting. Extreme mould in the tile grout in ensuite shower, very rusty toilet roll holders, very mouldy curtains and blinds, filthy range hood filters, the kitchen bin was mouldy when you lifted out the bag, the inside of the windows had kids greasy handprints all over them, one arm chair had its guts hanging on the floor underneath it, there was someone's dirty socks between the cushions on the couch and under the cushions there was heaps of grime and food crumbs. No dustpan and when I asked the manager for one, he said there isn't one use the vacuum cleaner and there was lots more.
I told him and a receptionist about the mould and lack of cleanliness, Care factor was zero.
