Ideal for Margaret River explorers.

The chalet was ideal for viewing the Margaret River area (not to be missed).
Set in lovely surroundings with lots of space between chalets giving a roomy feel.
Inside the chalets was huge and open planned, big kitchen well equipped and comfy lounge with big tv. A veranda overlooking the lake with chairs and table.
Good size bedroom bathroom, separate loo and a laundry room with free washing machine.
Parking next to the chalet amongst the shade of the trees.
Self check in, but Mel (owner) popped in to see all was well.
The only down side (being picky) is there is some traffic noise from the nearby main road especially in the evening, road not visible from the chalet.
10 minutes into well equipped town with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes plus shops of course.
PS you will get a visit from the ducks looking for a freebie !

Clean and comfy Margaret River stay

Very clean and comfortable, fully self contained chalet. Convenient position, felt like we were in the bush, but still nice and close to everything. Easily could have stayed here for a week, or even longer! Check in and out was friendly, easy, good communication. Recommend this for families, it would be perfect if you have kids.

Cant wait to return!

Had the most wonderful relaxing time at The Bushy Lakes Chalets. Stayed in the Heron Chalet, it was perfect and the scenery and ambiance was just amazing! Thank you so much for a great weekend. Alreadly looking to book again, but its pretty choccers :)

Pure bliss!

Absolute perfection! We have stayed here a couple of times, most recently in the studio and it is just wonderful! The chalet is large, comfortable and warm. Extremely clean, quiet, peaceful and there is everything you could want, including shampoo/conditioner etc which is cruelty free...the only type we use, so thank you:) The owners are very friendly and bend over backwards to be helpful and in our case to fulfil a surprise birthday booking! There is no place better and we can't wait to be back!

Fantastic Chalet in a beautiful setting

We stayed in one of the studio chalets and were very pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the chalet. The full kitchen was wonderful and the BBQ was brilliant on the verandah. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the towels and spa were luxurious. We had such a wonderful stay we really didn’t want to leave.
The chalets are located in a great position, close to town, the beach and the wonderful features of the region.
Communication with Rob was fantastic from the moment we booked and Luke was super helpful during our stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Bushy Lakes again.
