A very pleasant place to stay

I stayed at Banyandah for 3 nights while visiting family on the Sunshine Coast. The apartment was recently renovated and looked out across the water. It was well- appointed with a few quirks (no blankets, for example - only winter duvets which were far too hot even for a Queensland winter). It was quiet and peaceful and comfortable. No air con which could be a problem in summer. The managers were very helpful.

Could be so good, if the car parks were covered

The open carpark has no protection from the sun or rain but worse was the bird and fruit bat droppings that totally covered my car in their poop. This place really needs some sort of sunshade or covered car park.
It was a pity because the location and unit itself was very nice, but this happened to my car night after night and I spent a good part of my holiday cleaning up my car.

Golfing Holiday

Five friends and I recently enjoyed a 9 night golfing package holiday on the Sunshine Coast and staying at Banyanda Towers. We booked our stay through Roma in the office. She was wonderful. She gave us a list of courses to select from and then made all the tee bookings, all done weeks in advance of our leaving home. She provided us with written clear instructions on how to drive to each course we played. Our apartments were clean and comfortable. The price per person included all four of our golf games and was reasonable which is why this was the second such holiday we had booked with them. I highly recommend this place. It's an easy walk to Sunshine Plaza and to a good selection of eateries. The staff are all extremely helpful and pleasant.

View from the Top

I was lucky enough to have stayed the weekend in one of the penthouse apartments. It made for a beautiful view to wake up to every morning.
The location is so convenient, being a small drive away from The Sunshine Plaza or a walk away from Oceans Street, you will never be short on venues to eat.
Being on the river front also meant that we had easy access to go kayaking or we had the option of lounging in the pool / spa area whilst still having an excellent view of the sea.
Three words: Take. Me. Back.

Dream holiday

My husband and I have just had the most fantastic time in this complex, stayed in Unit 55 for 3 weeks and what a fantastic corner unit, no neighbours on the bedrooms side very quite,fully renovated and everything in the kitchen for cooking, the owners have thought of everything, there was even some travel DVDs for our entertainment. Management are extremely friendly and we have booked a return holiday.
