Disappointing stay

Location was good for access to MCG.
Our apartment 303 was very worn out and timber flooring very dirty and carpet needs replacing- carpet was bare in areas.
Bed was VERY firm- we both woke with sore backs.
Parking was challenging to get to, going down lots of one way lanes- a bit like a maze.
Road noise from bedrooms could be heard all night long.
Good value for a 2 bedroom apartment in that location, but would look elsewhere next time unfortunately.
My husband had stayed previously and the apartment was in much better condition.

Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location.
There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping.

Walking distance to the MCG

This apartment was a hidden gem—right across from the MCG, exactly where we wanted to be. It lived up to its promises, offering just the right essentials for two people who prefer simple meals, plus a new espresso machine that made my mornings better. The Wi-Fi was superb/fast, and while the views were pleasant enough, the double-paned windows did a great job of keeping city noise from disturbing our sleep. We sank into a super comfy bed and enjoyed plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The hot shower was a dream, and having laundry on hand was really convenient. The reception and maintenance staff went above and beyond with their kindness and help. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

Great location with easy walking to events and restaurants

Nice hotel apartment style location. Great for local eating around the corner and close to MCG, Rod Laver and others. Stef contained and parking underneath available.
