Aitken Hill conference & dinner

Spent the day & early evening here visiting clients. The building is great, a true five star venue. The lunch & dinner was nice & the staff were very professional. I didnt need to eat on the plane ride back to Sydney.

Conference Venue

20 mins from the Melbourne airport in a rural area. Its a good day conference venue with helpful, good, friendly staff. The rooms are quiet large, but nothing special. Comfortable bed with ok bathroom. Average food & beverage. Wifi was good

Excellent business venue

Superb surroundings and excellent facilities. Conference venue was beyond expectations and the hotel room was good. Lunch and dinner was also excellent but waiter service was disappointing and unaccomodating.

Good experience

Stayed here on a work conference. Room was great staff impeccable and the food of very high quality. The only negative is the gym ..... the machines are from the 80s I’m sure and really need an update. Highly recommend

Poor experience

There was nothing available to experience any service. Our room was booked, when we arrived our fridge was empty and not turned on. There was no kitchen open for any type of food. There was no beverages available at all, nothing.
Sterile to the point of creepy. Only one bedside table, no lounge or lounge chair.
For $200.00 a night I expect to at least to be able to buy a drink!
