Everything was excellent as always. The hotel is my regular go to when visiting Melbourne from the U.K. (third time since early July this year).

- Shower pressure seems fine with hot water only but once you turn the cold water on to get the right temperature the pressure drops dramatically.
- Bathroom exhaust fan was blowing air in to the bathroom instead of removing the air as well.
- Although I was unaffected it doesnt display anywhere that a nightclub is on the ground level and should be advertised on the booking for people to be aware.

Great stay but walls are very thin & there were lots of noises at night, banging, dropping things, doors slamming.

Nightclub experience in your hotel room

One entire side of the hotel is next to a nightclub. I’m currently writing this review in a room on the 6th floor with 75db of club music set to continue until 5am (sound level measured with a db messing iPhone app). Do not risk being put in this same situation on a Friday or Saturday night, and just DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

For a City stay this Hotel is in a great location, being walking distance to both Flinders Street Station and Southern X.
There is a great Bar above the Hotel that does great Meals also.
7th Floor surpsingly good also. Nice clean room with comfy bed.
Staff at check in very pleasant to deal with. Swift check out.
