No special treatment even if your Accor member.

Very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The choices in the bar are very limited and the decor is poor. Having paid for car parking, we were very disappointed to return to find there was no parking space available due to a function. Surely when you are a paying guest, a parking space should be available. Instead we had to stay up till late, so that we could park the car off the street when a space became available.

The room was clean, but areas getting to the room are looking tired and the carpets are hanging on by a thread!
Perfect for one night for a Grand Prix visit. Very close to the tram line.

Rooms are really run down. Air con did not work and its very shabby. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would not stay here again.

Needed a good revamp Air Conditioner not working properly. It was very warm in room said air con set at 19 but it was more like 28 very warm and uncomfortable. Cold water tap on hand basin did not work unless you turned on Fawcett under the basin if let on tap kept running. Power Point were few and by bed you had to get down on your knees as they were on one side under the side table . Staff were friendly though.
