Wonderful stay, as usual

Had a great stay as usual. Breakfast remains awesome, and I love the new salad bar option, at the buffet breakfast. My room was set up exactly like I like it, and I got a room upgrade.

Solid Budget Hotel.

Stayed recently and overall happy, especially with the friendly check in, colouring things for the kids and quiet room. The main things were all very good.
Some smaller things were a bit irritating but nothing major. The menu is good if you want Indian food and they are obviously catering to that demographic. We don’t really like Indian food so we were a bit disappointed to see that has become the main focus.

At buffet breakfast, the coffee machine is regularly out of milk and they obviously understaff on the weekend as I tried to find someone who could put milk in the machine but there is no one to be found. Kids were disappointed there was no pancakes. The buffet Brekky was overall underwhelming for the price.
When placing a room service order I thought there was a language barrier. I had to say what I was after multiple times.
The pool is good for kids. It’s a bit outdated but I know it’s an old hotel. I appreciated the depth of the pool as it was kid friendly . The car park is well managed and convenient with the number plate recognition. For the overall price on a weekend it’s pretty good - would be more attractive with a better breakfast.

Perfect location to The Glen and very close to train station. Food stores and cinema is just next door.staff is very professional and nice. In door pool and gym is located at basement.
Breakfast is western and we like the most is the fresh orange juice maker in the restaurent.

Wonderful Christmas stay as usual with staff who are super helpful and delicious food which I particularly enjoy.
