Convent and a nice stay

We had a very early flight so it was convenient. We had stayed before and were very happy with our stay.
We arrived after check in but our room was not available yet as they were still cleaning. We waited and they ended up sending us to the bar and offered a drink voucher. They were very professional and the staff were very proactive.
Booked the Spa suite again as it has good runway views. Different room than last time and this time the configuration of our room was a bit inconvenient. Instead of the lounge suite sofas being in front of the TV it was up the other end of the suite and a dining table was in front of the TV instead. No biggie but just a bit weird when you want to relax at night with a movie - a sofa is a lot more comfy than a dining table.
They have a good selection of mini meals in the bar at night and the breakfast the next morning at the restaurant was very welcome.
Once again we were very happy with our stay.

Great room presentation

We checked in to the Park Royal as we had an early start the next morning. Check in was without any issues which is always a bonus.
We had a Standard King sized room that was one of the best presented rooms we have seen in a long time! Spacious, great amenities and everything we needed.
The shower is Disabled access and also has a full sized bath.
The bed was super comfortable but only had three pillows which was not an issue as reception made more available.
We were suitably impressed, so re booked for our return back to Australia.

Long time since I’ve stayed here. On this occasion I found the facility much improved plus it wasn’t overcrowded in the bar and restaurant area as before. Dinner & breakfast very good. Reception did a great job returning my forgotten sunnies very promptly. Finally as one with arthritis the proximity to Qantas was appreciated.

Dina at the aria restaurant was exceptional but there were other staff at reception and dining room who were a bit hit and miss

Only at hotel for 4.5hrs overnight between flights, staff were very welcoming. Shower at 0040hrs lovely and hot but pressure poor. Pillows fantastic bed not so much, at 455am went for a shower and very little hot water - warm at the best, they did gave espresso machine and other things in room but didn’t use
