Disgusting service, motels have better customer care

Absolute abysmal service, don’t expect anything better than 2 star service. Location is the only good thing, staff are highly untrained and unprofessional, even the general manager (Stuart) lacks the basic industry standards of courtesy and apologising to guest should something not match industry standards. Don’t expect hotel level service, and rather serviced apartments that too which housekeeping cleans terribly. I was here to stay for 2 weeks but left after 1 (already paid - so couldn’t leave before sadly) and went down the road - best thing I could’ve done! I have photos of the room and cleaning quality and screenshots of the conversation with Stuart which I have uploaded to other review sites as they will try to deny. Please avoid and stay headache free.

Overall a good stay with the space. The swimming pool requires some maintenance. Found some of the poolside handrails very loose and a safety risk.

Great location to visit the Queen Victoria Market. Budget, comfortable rooms. Pool clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet very good

The location of this hotel is wonderful 👍 the staff were much more intune with the clientele on Sunday👍 not so much on Saturday unfortunately.
The breakfast was lovely , best omelette I have had in a while.
Room was nice, beds were comfy
