good convenient location to airport and city. has a Coles supermarket next door and a fantastic Italian restaurant at the ground floor of hotel.
would highly recommend the restaurant if staying at this hotel.

The entire place is incredibly decrepit and tired. Rooms were tidy and kind of clean but communal areas were dirty.
The entire place had a funky smell to it.
The lift was the slowest lift I have ever used. Painfully slow.

Close to transport shops and restaurants. Easy travel to airport on public transport for $5 on myki tram and bus Easy transport to city. Nice park nearby

Let's start with cleanliness.
The neglect and poor standard of cleaning really needs to be addressed. The build up of hair in the bathroom didn't just happen, the room clearly hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time.
Surfaces need a thorough wipe down, every cup and utensil needed checking.
Broken lights in every room.
The fragrance on the lobby of overwhelming.
I'm not sure how the staff can bare it.
The beds are comfortable and clean.
