Relaxing break to check-out surrounding area

We had often seen the sign atop the hill from travels along the Hume Highway. Glad we booked a little break in a cabin on this dog-friendly property. Comfortable and clean and friendly service from Donna. Easy to have a chat about the surrounding area...she shared some tips and so did we.

Best farm stay

It was a wonderful stay! Clean tidy have everything we need, beds are comfortable and food/wine are nice. We loved the animal feeding in the morning the most, Donna the host was very informative and friendly. We would recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Relaxing and friendly Farmstay experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my Farmstay at Hillview.
Beautiful paddock views and animal feeding made it a wonderful and relaxing experience.
My 2yr old Toy Cavoodle- Winston absolutely loved roaming around, sniffing all the scents. He did eventually get used to seeing the cows, but in the beginning, he was a little overwhelmed.
I ordered a delicious dinner for my first night. I would highly recommend the lamb casserole and chocolate cake.
The shower was hot with great pressure.
Winston and I enjoyed a peaceful sleep both nights and Ioved the morning feeding of the goats, horses and chickens.
Thank you all for a terrific experience.
Winston and I would love to come again.

What a find! Dog friendly accommodation with so much more.

Travelling with two fur babies & needed a stop halfway between Sydney & Melbourne. What a find! wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely clean cabin with our gourmet food & bottle of local wine to have for dinner.
Prearranged on their easy to navigate website the day before. Dogs were happy watching the farm life from the enclosed patio. Fresh eggs & Bacon left in the fridge that we enjoyed cooking the next morning. 10/10 we will be back
