Shower had mold around base & top.Area around toilet was filthy.Skirtings & window frames had built up dust & grim. Would not stay there again.

A very central location especially for the walking tour of the historic buildings and wharf precinct. Well maintained.Everything that one needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed , friendly staff and restaurant on ground floor may our stay most enjoyable. Thank you.

Shocking will not stay here again

Virtually no furniture in the huge king room. 1 bedside table, 1 comfortable chair, 1 small coffee table. 1 desk chair. 1 bedside light. Stained carpet. Nowhere to put your luggage. Aircon worked…that was a plus. Comfortable king bed but only 3 ordinary pillows. Mould in the shower recess but the water was hot. WIfi OK. All rooms are upstairs accessed by stairs and a lift which shuts from 9pm and reopens from 9am if you are lucky. No reception presence after 5pm.

Good value for money. Great location, walking distance to main street. Staff are very welcoming and lovely. Room size was great, bed firm and comfortable. Quite a small bar fridge but good enough. Shower nice and hot with good pressure. The provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are nice. Overall the bathroom was clean but the only thing that is a little off putting is the shower really needs to be re-grouted at the bottom as it appears mouldy. Other than that no complaints.
