Nice big room, looks cozy… the bathroom feels old. There was no receptionist available on arrival and departure.

Checked in at around 6.30om and I got to the room where I noticed the bed was not ok while I was lying down. Complained about the bed that was making noise while on it, and I got abused by whomever answered the phone, that actually told me to leave the room and get a refund as the hotel was sold out.
I invited the lady at the reception to cone and check the bed, and she agreed with me it was making noises, and she apologized for the bad manners of other guy, giving me the excuse they mistaken me with another guy from another room that was complaining previously.
Customer service at this hotel seems to be optional, and the owner/manager should get some anger management, on top of customer service classes.
On top, some of the floorboards in the room are detached and moving when walking.
And I better no comment about the TV.
Overall, will advise not to stay at thus hotel unless you really have no other option (as we did, due to the long weekend).

Older motel, with some modern renovations. Easy checkinh, clean & comfortable for a 1 night stay. Electric blankets are great & the free parking. Would recommend for the price & stay again.

Excellent motel, extremely quiet even though on a main road, very close to a good restaurant (although it is not open on Monday and Tuesday night) and the centre of town is only 5 minutes drive with good restaurants and cafes. Ovens River Parkrun is excellent and starts in the park across the road.

On the edge of town but close enough that it's a nice walk in for dinner. Quiet accommodation, clean rooms, check-in was simple.
