Nice stay in Nannup

Holberry House is a close walk into town, where you’ll find good food at the Brewery Company and some nice independent shops. We can recommend the Nannup Bakery where you’ll find great pies, sausage rolls and their Lamington cakes were delicious.
The hosts were lovely and made us feel really welcome. Our room was large with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.
Our only ‘minor’ criticism was the breakfast. It’s continental but not like you would normally expect at hotels in Europe. It was quite limited and there was an additional charge if you wanted hot food. Considering it’s advertised as a B&B we felt this was a bit misleading. Personally, we would have been happy if it had been room only.
However, we would recommend this charming little B&B if you’re staying in Nannup, or the local area.

Relaxing and tranquil place to get away to

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed spending a few days celebrating our forty first wedding anniversary at Holberry House. It was like journeying back in time with the internal decor of our room and the other rooms of the house. We loved relaxing with the fireplace. The grounds were a delight to wonder around in. Louise and Chris were absolutely wonderful taking care of us and the surroundings.

A Perfect Stay Surrounded by Gardens

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place is stunning, set beautifully within gardens and parks—it’s just perfect. In the morning, it feels so cozy and peaceful. Louise was incredibly welcoming, and breakfast was amazing with homemade muffins, all in a charming traditional English style. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed very comfortable, and there were fresh bouquets of roses—absolutely stunning. Everything about this stay was delightful—I couldn’t recommend it more!

A return to my roots in Nannup

I was born at Nannup in 1941 and took the opportunity to take my four adult boys back to where I spent my first 14 years . We stayed at Holberry House on Grange Road and what a joy it was. We were well and truly looked after by Louise. No fuss, no bother, just very friendly attention to make sure that our stay there was as comfortable as could be.
It is very difficult to express in a review the wonderful atmosphere at Holberry. Right in town, but nestle in several hectares of beautifully maintained garden, with lots of mature trees, ponds, birds and the list goes on. We walked to and from an Elvis Presley impersonator show, which was held at the Nannup Brewery. and very early the next morning, I just walked through the town (at 5.30am) and the memories flooded back as I appreciated the wonderful changes for the better that had occurred in Nannup since I left in 1955.
But the stay at Holberry House was just fantastic. What more can I say? Thank you to Louise and Chris for allowing us to experience and enjoy the best (without a doubt) holiday break that I have experienced in a very long time.

If you are looking for serenity - choose this place

We stayed in the Hovea room, which has a jacuzzi bath. The room was cleaned, well presented and spacious, even tho the decor will send you back in time.
As we drove into the garden of this very cute place, the tranquility that we felt, made us already at ease, passing all sorts of garden decor and birds.
The host Louise and her husband were friendly and accommodating.
The whole house feels like being back in time, however very serene.
The breakfast included in the cost of your room was also lush, with fresh homemade bread, homemade muffins daily, fresh fruit, 3 types of yogurts, some cereals.
A cooked breakfast can be purchased also.
Fresh coffee in a percolator, butter and jams already on your table.
All in all, very happy with our last minute choice.
