A good comfortable stay

It's a good spot for short stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Located centrally in Narooma makes for easy access to everything. The key code for the door is a great process with the cide sent just in advance of arrival. This facility is easy to use and makes for lots of flexibility with arrival times and departure. I'll stay here again.

I would consider an alternative if I were not so fatigued.

The host's demeanor was somewhat intimidating and not particularly welcoming. We experienced some confusion regarding the online booking process versus walk-in availability.The motel itself is out dated, though it was clean. It includes a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle ,toaster and a full-size refrigerator. While the bathroom was neatly presented, there was some water damage on the ceiling, presumably from the unit above. Additionally, the back window appeared dusty and dirty, and would benefit from a thorough cleaning..

Hibiscus

The nicest thing about the motel is the beautiful hibiscus in the garden. It is easy to locate on a main road, you turn into the driveway off the side street. To note, exiting the driveway from the other side you need to slow down... fortunately you are not in the position to drive out fast anyway.
I booked using a booking app and the process was seamless. Arriving we just had to remember our code to go in and out of the room, which my daughter appreciated because it wasn't me in charge of the key... or having to share a key.
There is a balcony with a small table outside your room. The rooms are exceptionally basic with exceptionally old mattresses. Having said that, I didn't get a bad nights sleep here - in fact I slept quite well. The shower door was a bit odd and as a result the bathroom flooded when my daughter showered, I noted you had to be careful to close it and it did not occur when I had a shower.
Everything is basic... old, needs refurbishment. But it also did the job. It's a budget motel with no frills.

Hard to contact

Don’t stay at this. accommodation find somewhere else. It is hard to contact the accommodation. If there is an issue we booked two rooms for this place and we sent codes for three rooms. so after 24 hours of trying to contact this company we got through and we then sent another two rooms with codes. When we arrived we entered one of the rooms that actually had someone else’s luggage in the. unit. After many attempted phone calls, the people answered again. And yes extremely apologetic, although told us that they did not send those details through. When I sent an immediate photo to them. They were once again apologetic. They did refund the room cost as a Goodwill and kept on getting told system error, but that’s just not good enough , I understand that they taken over this place back in 2023 although you should have these bugs fixed by now

Under New Management. Good value motel.

This motel is old but clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Soft, fluffy white towels, comfy beds and powerful shower. Had everything we needed in the kitchenette and is an easy walk to the golf course. Check in was easy and management kept in touch. Will definitely stay again when in Narooma.
