Don’t stay here!
The room had an old musty smell when we walked in, the bathroom was grimy, and the bath mat had black mould under it. The toilet seat was cracked and peeling, and the ceiling had peeling paint on it. The hot water was not hot, and the combination of bath shower was dangerous ti step into as the toilet was right next to it.
The cutlery was duty and not clean, the rangehood above the stove too was grimy.
The sliding door to go out to the courtyard was very difficult to open and almost jammed my fingers trying. The bedroom window was the same.
The cars and people noise from next door (restaurant) was terrible and kept us awake as was the noise from other nearby rooms, when people entered the room and slammed their door.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows need to be upgraded as does everything else in the whole facility.
Overall would not ever recommend staying here unless there was no other option .
This place needs to be completely overhauled or closed down.
I was absolutely ripped off for The amount i was charged for one night. $260 and what you get ( not even a smart tv!!!) is an absolute joke.

Clean,not disability friendly ,rqr cafe or room service
Clean Appartment , safe parking , appt missing decent bed ( rock hard bed/ need Mdm soft). Had tiny tv (32”) in lounge room, none in bedroom &.small shower ( non disabled , yet booked disabled )
Most staff lovely . Would love see cafe or room service& please add another disability friendly appt as not became non available week prior ( none nearby ) & this affected stay

Only a 1 night stay at Narre Warren Quest and the room was pretty average. Its not a super modern place but there were still a few pros, staff were really nice and friendly upon check in and check out, no charge for on site parking and the apartment had good insulation with it being so quiet as never heard a sound throughout my stay which is a win. Now the cons the bed wasnt that comfortable and pillows were thin and not supportive, the room itself had a bit of a stale smell about it especially the bathroom.although the place is a bit old they do keep it neat and tidy other little annoying bit for me was not having any food options onsite as they suggest to use uber eats for your stay. Honestly i cant whingen too much as only a night and really needed it to sleep which i did so it did the job. Prob only mentioning as been asked for feedback and based on the price paid thats all.
