Nice hotel, comfortable room, good service, heaps of parking available. Only drawback was that the reception was locked up and unmanned when I was checking out (6am) and no note on how to check out/where to leave key (no box outside) so had to traipse around from the back of the property to the front in the dark where I was parked and leave my key under the front door. A sign on the internal locked reception door would’ve been helpful.

We were booked in to stay in a family room, The first thing we noticed, was the glass dining table was filthy, not wiped down at all. The beds had been made and had fresh folded towels on them, but what we found next was absolutely disgusting. We turned the pillows over to find make-up smeared on them and other stains. The quilt covers were also dirty, and pulling back the covers, we discovered dirty sheets.
We then headed back to reception to get the manager and show him the room. He apologised profusely and then offered us a different room, which seemed to be clean.
We headed out for the evening, and arrived back at the hotel around 9pm.
Being winter, we turned the air conditioning on, only to find it was not working. We called the supervisor to the room. He could not get it working, so offered to try and find us another room ( which there weren't many because of a sports event in the area) or a refund so that we could find a different hotel. It was almost 10pm at that stage and we had 2 young children with us, so we decided to stay and change to a third room.
Once we gathered our things and located the room, we found the the swipe key would not open the door. The supervisor also could not open the door. We were left in the hallway for around half an hour while he made phone calls to resolve the issue.
Eventually we got into the room which seemed OK. The next morning we found the balcony filthy, shower head dusty and outside was almost invisible due to filthy glass.

Block out blinds didn't completely fit windows, so light streamed in at each end. Toothpaste on sink, no shower gel or shampoo in containers. Terrible smell coming from bathroom, the sink was blocked. Did not report at the time due to having to be at the hospital until very late, but reported at check out, was told that a note will be left for housekeeping. We would not stay again

Last Minute Stay
Booked a Queen room and on arrival we found out we were upgraded to a King Spa - absolutely fantastic. Greetings up arrival was lovely and the receptionist was very helpful. We had room service for dinner and the lady delivering the food was lovely. We also had room service for our breakfast and same again. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and tidy, spa bath was excellent, Atmosphere was quite and pleasant. Location of the Motel is very convenient for egress to where we needed to go. The motel was quiet and not an issue. Overall we felt the stay was good value. The food was excellent and we have no complaints. We would stay there again.
