Hotel review

I stayed here for 2nights excellent customer service from the staff from check in to eating in the restaurant l had chicken Maryland well cooked by chef Joss who takes care with the way he presents his food masterfully cooked l was most impressed see by the photos all the staff take great pride in making sure all customers needs meet thankyou to all l will be back next month for a week

My room didn’t meet the description/ reflect the pictures online. A window pain was broken when I arrived. The next day the glass was replaced, but broken glass was left on the windowsill. The room was dusty & not very clean.

We checked in after 2pm. Put our bags in our room and on departure were met by a cleaner who wanted to vacuum our room. These things happen. The rest of the stay was absolutely disgraceful with a piece of Window missing and a roof leak. Water dripped in all night, the rain and wind came through the window. The carpet is soaked. Tried to pull the curtain back and the handle snapped off in my hand. One guest had to sleep with a plastic poncho over the blankets to stay dry .

If you are a backpacker then this hotel is right for you. By the way, you'd better have $200 cash in your pocket or they will demand to photocopy your credit card! Are you kidding me SJH? The reason, they suspect the people that stay there will, 'trash the room! Apparently it does happen. Also, be prepared for hallway doors that will bang away until late, and start again early. If you are not a backpacker, stay else where!
PS. The staff are friendly and helpful!

we had a good stay! Our room was clean, showers as well not too much pressure but hot !
We had dinner downstairs food was good, good service as well I recommend for a short stay!
Just a little bit noisy
