Good value, high quality experience at an affordable price

Good affordable hotel - clean and safe. The price point was very good and the location felt very secure and safe.
Please be aware that if you are checking in after 10pm, you will need to travel 2km to another location to check in. You should have a car. Unfortunately I wasn’t notified of this. Luckily, a staff member from the sister company travelled to check me in. I did not arrive with a car and relied on public transport. Luckily someone came to help me and I didn’t need to pay for an Uber. However, if you have a late flight, this is something to consider.
I couldn’t fault the stay otherwise. The price was very good and there’s a vending machine in the car park for snacks. The toilet and shower were clean.
Right across the road from a nice pub.

Review from stay 21/08/2026 to 23/08/2026 rooms 104 and 204

When I booked the rooms I requested two rooms each with two single beds however when we got to the rooms they had one king bed in each room.
I promptly called up the old lion and let them know and they put us into the correct rooms promptly which was good.
However the rooms were a tad dirty. The carpet had crumbs on it in some areas and dirty q tip ear cleaners on the floor. A bug was found in one of the rooms also.
Cleanliness was average but service was good. Maybe wouldn’t stay at the minima again but definitely in that area

Lovely room.a few littleniggles in the bathroom with loose hooks and toilet roll holder.very clean,comfy bed.needed maybe another side table and no wardrobe.
First room air con stopped working and toilet blocked.they changed us to new room straight away.very helpful.would stay again

Nice try, fail

Terrible bed, a lot of maintenance needs to be done (cracked & peeling paint, bathroom hooks etc coming loose) and tv remote not working. Strange curry smells in the hallway as if food had been spilled. Was going to book my husband in to stay the following week, but will be finding him somewhere else to stay.
Secure parking was very good.

Ok but had to park over at the other hotel and you pay 150 dollar bond for 2 nights and still haven't received it back after 3 days
