Well placed hotel, older and serviceable. It's art deco style so a spacious room for the price. Good for a few nights in the Perth CBD.

The hotel is very old and rundown looking. There was a strong smell of mould and bleach throughout. Beds were not so nice. Would not stay here again.

The criterion is a budget hotel but in a convenient location and perfectly adequate for a short stay over. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Nothing to rave about, it's a bit worn out,but the location, as mentioned before, is very central and handy. We use it as a stop over when flying interstate for work. It's hard to find a cheap hotel in the city. It's a good place if on a budget.
Priced well for what it is.

Cheap and cheerful

The most value hotel in Perth cbd with private ensuite, strong shower pressure and individual air conditioning unit despite full of old history overdue for an innovation. Staff friendly and 5 mins walk to station

Such a lovely old art deco building, but what a shame it was looking soo tired. Room was clean but the whole thing looked soo run down. The restaurant below was closed down and the whole place looked like it was shut.
