Overall, the property is in good condition, with excellent cleanliness and amenities. The furniture and appliances look a bit old, but they are all working well. The environment is great, quiet and well maintained. Hope to revisit in the future.

Our smart tv did not work so the guy came over but could not really fix it so went back to his office and brought back a new component to help but even then we could not see local channels and tv kept pixelating.
We watched YouTube the night we were there as couldn’t watch local channels.
Also the tap in sink in bathroom felt like it was going to come apart so we were very careful turning it on and off each time.

Nice and quiet

The rooms were very clean and quiet with a nice view out to the gardens and pool area. The beds were made tight and cleaned, all the glass doors were stream free. Lovly area and close to town. paid a good price for the time we stayed.
The gardens and the outside areas to the motel looked immaculate. GoodJob to the man who is doing it.
A big thank you to Kaylee for booking us in for the days we had stayed. Was lovly talking with you. Also a thank you to the girls who helped us during the week and serviced our room few times.
Why we have given this motel a lower rating is because the “cleaner” on Saturday the 7th was very rude. The girl was on her phone constantly and had looked like she was taking selvies in the mirror when she ignored me and my husband when we asked for new towels for the pool. We had asked her multiple times and on the last time we asked she just laughed and walked off. We ended up leaving to go for a swim elsewhere and bought new towels, wasn’t impressed. She needs to be spoken to about her attitude and her work clothes. The others wear fluro work shirts as we have seen. But hers was graffic and her shorts were way too small. We have stayed here a few times and besides the nice quiet stay the worker has made us rethink on coming back.
Bar all that we thank you for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful Grounds, Excellent Service and Value for Money.

My husband and I are Seniors who travel with our 4 yr old female dog called Roxi. I called the Motel before booking online to make sure it was ok to bring along our well behaved girl who is used to staying in Hotels and Chalets. After I told the Manager what I would like, he kindly gave me a choice of two different style rooms which would suit our needs. We had a very Clean Room with all the Amenities of a 5* hotel. Lovely outlook over the beautiful well kept Lawn, Garden and Pool. An enclosed Alfresco Sitting Area. Comfortable bed and Spacious Room. The Motel itself is an older property but you could tell that money had been spent on Renovations as everything in our Room was as new. It was quiet and easy to walk our Roxi in their Grounds or a nice walk to the Gloucester Tree Park. Let me say after a few hours on the Road, we were more than well pleased. We'd definitely go back there and definitely recommend to friends or strangers. Definitely Value for Money as well. Anything under $200 a night these days is good Value. Family Friendly Service. Well Done Karri Forest Motel. 10/10 .

Relaxing

Enjoyed a two-night stay at the motel, Room 14, to the rear, secluded from traffic noises and overlooking the gardens. Friendly and helpful at reception, room very clean, comfortable bed affording restful and refreshing sleep, abundant tea/coffee and toiletries provided. Would have no hesitation in returning if staying in Pemberton again.
