Immaculate Reception

My wife and I booked a two night stay during our visit to Perth. After reading some of the negative reviews we were cautiously optimistic. We found the rooms and shared kitchenette to be immaculately clean. However the check in process seemed a bit tedious. Especially if you arrive needing to use the toilet in your room.
The registration form requires that you place your drivers license and credit card onto the physical form, after which you photocopy and text that form to the management. This operation is completed in the lobby while you wait.
The original form is then placed into the physical room box on the floor. We were assured that the form with our data was to be destroyed upon ocheckout.
Continental breakfast (if your rate included same) includes two bananas, milk,cereal, sliced white bread, raison bread with packaged jam and Peanut Butter along with tea, coffee and a kettle. There is also water in the frig for purchase.
We would stay here again. It was reasonably priced and immaculately clean.

Very Friendly and welcoming

We stayed at Astoria because it was close to our friend's house. It was very comfortable and clean. Great location, and had a little kitchenette to make and have our own food. Our hosts were very kind and responsive and recommended a few attractions in the area.

Fabulous

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful bed and breakfast over Christmas.
Everything about our stay was great. We loved the huge bathroom with spa and the cute little fish tank, the beautiful single rose and the homemade treats left for us on a couple of occasions.
The owners were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality Natalie and Michael.
