Reception only opens from 9 am to 5 pm. No flexibility to work around that as staff was asking us to send picture of the credit card even the bond had already been taken. Not recommended for visitor who has work commitment and therefore can’t go to the reception to register within 9 am to 5 pm. Further the room was not cleaned even once during my 9 nights staying there.

Bad experience

1. Chaotic and Poorly Managed Check-in Procedure
We booked the hotel through Agoda and informed your hotel in advance that our flight would arrive in Perth on 7 April 2026 at 10:30 pm. As requested, we emailed our passport and credit card details for the bond/deposit. Your staff assured us that once the documents were received, the hotel would process everything and send us an email at least 12 hours before arrival with the self-check-in procedure, room number, and access code.
However, we did not receive any such email or information. When we followed up, your staff instructed us to call the hotel using a local phone number upon landing for check-in assistance. As international travellers with only a data SIM card, we asked whether WhatsApp contact was possible, but this could not be arranged. We even asked a friend in Australia to call during business hours, but the calls went unanswered.
After landing at Perth Airport at 10:36 pm, we were unable to activate a local SIM card immediately and were forced to use expensive Hong Kong roaming services to contact the hotel.
During the calls, your staff needed time to locate our information, and the registered name was incorrect. When we asked for clarification because the details were wrong, the staff member responded by asking, “Can someone who can speak English please talk?” This comment was offensive and made us feel disrespected. We asked her to repeat the information precisely because of the errors, not due to any language barrier.
After correcting the name, the staff then attempted to process the deposit using the wrong credit card details. Only after we provided the correct card numbers again could the check-in information finally be released. The entire process took approximately 12 minutes of expensive international roaming calls.
. Serious Security and Safety Concern
On the night of 10 April 2026 at approximately 11:50 pm, a stranger began loudly banging on our room door and demanding that we open it. He shouted that our car was blocking his vehicle. We do not have a driving licence and had no car parked at the hotel. Despite repeatedly explaining this, the man continued banging aggressively on the door, causing us great fear for our personal safety.
We immediately called hotel reception and clearly explained the situation. Instead of showing empathy or concern, the staff member asked why we were worried, which left us feeling helpless and unsupported. We strongly requested security assistance. We also received an anonymous call claiming to be from hotel security, again insisting that our car was blocking access. We repeated that we had no car.
At 11:57 pm, the man was still outside our door. We called reception again. The staff said security had been informed but would take time to arrive. No further update or resolution was provided that night. Out of fear, we barricaded the door with our luggage and remained awake the entire night.
The next morning, we reported the incident at the front desk. The staff stated that the matter had been “handled”, but admitted that the hotel has no on-site security and no night-duty staff, although someone monitors CCTV. The staff only reassured us that the hotel is “safe” without providing any clear explanation of what action was taken or how such incidents would be prevented in future.

It advertises it has a kitchen but the reality is you can’t use it as there are so many fines in place that it’s not worth it. You are better off going to a hotel in a better location without a kitchen

Hopeless responsiveness from reception when issues were advised. Overpriced for what it was (even acknowledging that Test cricket match was in Perth). Room was not cleaned and it took several requests simply to get new towels delivered.

Very good location
