Rooms Clean and Spacious, Only hiccup was Parking I returned one night to find my paid Parking area was full I had to park on street and try an hour later there was one space availible

There was a 3 day West Australia Furry Friends convention on during our stay. They were okay but took up the whole hotel due to the number of participants. Due to this we were not able to enjoy the amenities.
Hotel was under renevetion as well causing some noise Monday morning during breakfast.
We would gave chosen a different hotel if we new the above, we did not get value for money

Lovely hotel & great meals at their bar

Lovely hotel & rooms. Food at the bar was top quality - burgers were amazing. Breakfast was very nice & had lots of choice. Pools are NOT heated so we’re quite chilly. Very nice once in them. If self driving, the private car park opposite is roughly £15 per day with the hotel discounted rates. Well worth it.
I would return to this hotel.

staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very spacious, great location as everything is in walking distance, parking is accessible all over the place and close to hotel

Rooms were very loud, breakfast was very simple, and the coffee over breakfast costs money. Other than that it was ok, but I wouldn't return there in the future.
