Checkin/parking instructions were unclear and the staff were rude when I phoned for help after getting stuck in the carpark.
Room was nice enough, but bathroom was not clean with some residue on the shower tiles. Complex was noisy and air con makes an awful sound. Condensation on the windows shows the apartment is not well ventilated

We arrived after hours so check in instructions were clear with easily accessible parking. Public transport out the front and really good coffee across the road with an enormous IGA opposite that is open for 24hrs.
The room was clean and tidy with easy access to the city centre.

So near and yet so far? The bottom like is that the booking procedure shows so many images of so many apartments with different fittungs.
When you actually get your Apartment and you realise there is a small kitchenette and I mean small combat, but that does not include a Hob to Cook on, no any washing for laundry equipment either, I felt a little bit flat down. Especially when you consider that I had bought washing tubs on some chicken to cook! What’s even more bizarre is the generic welcome letter which even goes to explain how to switch the hob on! Talk about rubbing it it!
Parking easy and secure, inside the basement accessed after checking in.
Staff friendly, I had to call ans inquire what type of coffee machine it was though, tell u in advance and we can bring the correct coffee pods or beans or …

This property was perfect for our three days in Perth. Close enough to Fremantle and the kitchenette was awesome. Very clean room, comfy bed, would stay again.
