Stayed at the Pan Pacific for two nights last week on business. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are comfortable, clean and lots of natural light. I stayed in a corner unit and the only comment I would make is that there is no work desk. The bathroom is stunning with an area to store your suit case which I loved.
The stand out is the staff at this hotel. The internet wouldn't connect and the front desk staff sorted it our quickly and were extremely helpful. Food was good in the restaurants, lots of places to relax in the foyer. Overall an excellent hotel.

Service team were great, apart from not getting told they had added buffet breakfast for 2 for all 4 nights, when only asking for 1. Added an extra $230 to my stay.
Also, felt we should have been informed on the upgrades/ works being done during our stay. No long sleep ins as there was drilling and banging in rooms on our floor.

Great location, hotel still under going some refurbishment, but you hardly notice. Staff really friendly. Bar in hotel very good , as is Grosvenor Hotel (one block up hill street )and Fenians ( opposite) both good for evening drinks and food.

Always a great experience living in Pan Pacific Perth. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are luxurious and location next to Swan river is amazing. Breakfast has some amazing choices. You have pampered me so much Pan Pacific- this is my second stay with you guys and I am pretty sure there will be more 😀

The hotel is in a great location. Easy for the CBD and for the river.
The staff at the hotel are fantastic. All of them, friendly and efficient.
If we visit Perth again we would definitely use this hotel.
