Wow! We intend to go back here for a short break.
What can I say, I had thought in the past that the rooms I had stayed in, of which there have been many, that they were clean. This was impeccably clean and the attention to detail by the owners with the supplies they provide was just outstanding. This is value for money.
There are 3 units in total. Unit 1 is out the front and Unit 3 is on the second floor of Unit 2. The owners live in their own residence on the same property. The owners are amazing people, I cannot put into words how welcome we felt and how kind they are.
The room has an extraordinary view of the marina with lots of glass windows to see the jetty and marina. The nights are spectacular. At unit 2, there is a veranda at the front, furnished and covered.
There is a kitchen, dining table, two chairs, sofa, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee and much more, kettle, coffee machine (pods), all crockery etc.
Car parking is out the back and a charger is available for electric vehicles. Very safe and easy access.
The room is big but the bathroom is massive. Wifi is great. Ample power ports, including a c and usb a charger.
Breakfasts were supplied for our stay and there was too much food, we could not eat all of it, so we felt a bit wasteful. There was also yoghurt, a full bowl of fruit, dips, drinks and a bottle of wine. Again, speechless. The amenities in the bathroom, including the products tucked in the drawers, just about cover anything you may need.
Do note that this is a small town. There is a general store in town which does have some precooked food and there is a fish n chip shop which was fantastic, but you need to check their opening times. Always handy to bring food of your own if you are that way inclined.
Look out for kangaroos; we encountered some beauties on the way to the fish shop at night.
Smokers - no smoking inside. If you need to smoke outside ask for an ashtray (shut your door).

10 out of 10
I loved the well thought out art work that adorned the walls. The main artwork being the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Beautiful Boat Harbor.
A modern stylish bathroom completed the feeling of staying in this luxurious studio.
The views and proximity to the waters edge are an absolute joy for the eyes and soul. Such serenity.
Our host was friendly and attentive.
Port Albert is such a quaint hamlet. A easy flat walk to everywhere.
