Nice hostel!

Great location and a cozy atmosphere. The accommodation was nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful! I would totally come back and stay at Pippies Beachhouse again!

Lovely Stay

I had a great stay at Pippies. I stayed on either side of my tour, and was really made to feel at home. The staff were very welcoming, and the facilities were great too.

Perfect Backpacker Experience in Rainbow Beach

I had an amazing stay at Pippies Beachhouse in Rainbow Beach! The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and perfect for meeting fellow travellers. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always happy to offer local tips and advice.
The hostel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and cafes, making it the perfect base for exploring Rainbow Beach and K'gari (Fraser Island). The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and they have a pool and communal areas where it was nice to socialise.
I highly recommend Pippies Beachhouse for a fun, comfortable, and memorable stay. I'll definitely be back!

Very bad

Do not stay here!
The rooms are so dated. The facilities are old and disgusting, plus dirty.

Cockroaches in the rooms

Do not stay here. You could not pay me to come back here. There are cockroaches in the rooms and the bathroom facilities are inadequate. Currently writing this as I can’t sleep due to the roaches in here. If you need to stay at rainbow beach before Fraser Island just book an apartment as you won’t sleep well here.
